Mike Carey the First black Referee
Largest professional American football league is internationally known as National Football League (NFL). Currently thirty-two teams are playing in NFL from different regions and cities. NFL is one of the highest domestic professional sports league in the world; which have major fan following and more than 68,000 spectators are present at each game. There are 31 total stadiums in which all the NFK teams play football. Mike Carey is selected to head the new president of the crew of the coming Sunday match between New York Giants and New England Patriots. It hasn’t decided about the stadium yet but it will be fun watching the game between these two teams. He is the first black referee to be at any Super Bowl along with two others black officials one field judge Boris Cheek and the other is line judge Carl Johnson. As an NFL official its Carey’s 18th season, he was also the referee of the first game between Patriots and Giants and also for the season finale of Patriots 38-35 to enclose the regular winning sessions. Other crewmembers include Tony Michalek (Umpire). Gary Slaughter (head linesman), Larry Rose (side judge) and Scott Helverson (back judge). The replay assistant will be Ken Baker.
