Pittsburg Steelers players Ryan McBean and Max Starks brought in joy and happiness on their arrival to the inmates of UPMC Hilman Cancer center who were undergoing chemotherapy treatment at the center. The Steelers visit to the center on Valentine’s Day was a relief to these people suffering from cancer and their joy in seeing these players knew no bounds. An inmate in the Cancer center, Chuck Peterson, said that he was a Steelers fan all his life long and said that the players visit to the center has given him a smile after a very long time. The staff and the doctors of the Cancer Center said that they were enthralled in seeing the smiles on the faces of their patients and said that the visit of these players will do a world of good for these cancer patients. Both the players took time off from their practice sessions and visited all the patients in the center. Some patients were reserved in speaking to the players while some were eager to express their views about the game. Both McBean and Starks were excited and overwhelmed by the warmth and the praises showered by the inmates on them. The entire center was decorated with gold and black everywhere, which is the Steelers jersey color.
