The Philadelphia Eagles and their lawyer filed the $770,000 suit in US District Court. Previously, Owens lost in arbitration during the first quarter of 2008, and now he is being instructed to repay approximately $1.7 million in bonuses that was given to him throughout the years 2004 and 2005 before he joined the Dallas Cowboys. Halfway through 2005, he was suspended due to detrimental conduct. It does not matter that he led the Eagles to numerous victory and got them into the Super Bowl.
